Bridge Builder for the Next Generation
Partners with schools, churches, and youth organizations to provide positive male role models, guidance, and structure. Focuses on discipline, emotional development, and character-building for boys under 15. Leads youth workshops, community service outings, and mentorship matchups.

Money Mastery & Legacy Building
Teaches personal finance, budgeting, credit repair, savings, and investing. Works with men of all ages to shift from survival to stability to wealth-building. Facilitates financial workshops and accountability groups.

Wrenches, Wisdom & Confidence
Teaches car care, small engine maintenance, and diagnostics. Empowers young men and adults alike to understand what’s under the hood, save money, and build technical confidence. Offers hands-on garage days and mobile workshops.

Wilderness, Preparedness, and Critical Thinking
Uses a fun and engaging theme to teach survival skills, self-reliance, and crisis leadership. Covers topics like shelter building, fire starting, navigation, situational awareness, and basic bushcraft. Encourages critical thinking and brotherhood under pressure.

Blueprints & Brotherhood
Shares real-world training in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general contracting. Helps young men explore hands-on careers, build portfolios, and understand the dignity of skilled labor. Hosts workshops, job shadowing, and tool skill-building days.

Teamwork. Leadership. Discipline.
Uses sports to teach life lessons. Organizes leagues, pickup games, and fitness activities for all age levels. Promotes health, teamwork, and male bonding through movement, consistency, and competition

Guides aspiring business owners in launching and growing their own ventures. Covers idea validation, branding, pricing, systems, and leadership. Creates a pipeline for men to turn passion into profit and grow generational opportunity.

All MOST mentors are required to formally apply and complete a background check to ensure the safety and integrity of our community. Each mentor must commit to upholding the MOST Rules of Conduct, serving as a role model in both word and action.
